Nora Groeschel

Nora Groeschel found yoga in 2012 at a time she was craving balance on multiple levels: physical, mental, and spiritual. The practice welcomed her to find a new understanding of self-love and self-acceptance. It introduced the beauty of the human body and the joy that living in the moment can bring. Her classes will invite you to embrace the present moment, to let go of expectations and perfectionism, and to challenge yourself to breathe through a dynamic vinyasa flow. Nora became a registered yoga teacher (RYT200) at Perennial Yoga & Meditation, Fitchburg, WI in May 2014. She is also a facilitator for a community outreach group - Eat, Breathe, Thrive – which uses yoga to reconnect the body, mind, and spirit in people struggling with disordered eating and body image concerns.

  • This class is for the adventurous one! It incorporates challenging postures and moves at a vibrant, exhilarating and uplifting pace.

    For students who have a regular practice and who are familiar with the poses. This class requires presence of mind and the self-discipline to know your own limits so you can practice accordingly.

     

  • BREATHE & FLOW: POWER/HOT
  • This class is for the adventurous one! It incorporates challenging postures and moves at a vibrant, exhilarating and uplifting pace.
