Life is so fragile and fleeting. Coming to my yoga mat helps me settle into the “now” and to come from a place of compassion for myself and for all the people in my life. A new opportunity presents itself every day - to create something new, to change an outlook, to see a new perspective. In 2015 I quit my 15-year career at the University, received my 200RYT…and finally found myself. My classes are heart-centered and often playful with lots of room to reflect and do your own practice. When you step into my class - I learn just as much from you, as you do from me.
I discovered yoga when I was pregnant with my son. It made me feel beautiful, worthy of self-care, and helped me slow down to enjoy the amazing life growing inside me. In 2017, I took my training to become a certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher, out of gratitude for all I had learned about myself in that precious time. Through love and vulnerability my hope is that I can help my students tap into that part of themselves that needs nurturing…in order to soften and find perspective.
I have two super special kiddos, a sweet, supportive husband…and lots of love in all directions of my life. I love tacos (who doesn’t??!), big belly laughter, good music, strong coffee and loads of juicy hugs. Let’s meet on the mat and we can be each others teachers!

Wake up and celebrate your radiant life. Start your day with a rhythmic, devotional and flowing practice that warms the body, calms the mind and opens the heart. If 6am will be your regular/only time to practice you can save by purchasing our Early Bird Yoga 5 Class Pass - $45.
For students with a regular practice who want a moderately paced class.
Experience how yoga can support and empower you during your journey through pregnancy and towards parenthood with certified prenatal yoga teacher Amy Torrey.
Come tune in to the innate wisdom of your body and soul, and connect with other expecting mamas. In our weekly classes, you will reduce physical discomforts associated with the various stages of pregnancy, build strength and flexibility, learn breathing techniques to relax the mind and tools helpful for labor and birth. You are welcome to join the class in any stage of pregnancy and with any fitness level. This class is limited to women only. If you have a history of miscarriage, or have had trouble conceiving, please consult with your caregiver to determine the best time to join.
