Kaila Pooler

Kaila Pooler, 200-E RYT and ACE Certified Personal Trainer, found yoga in college while studying for her Fine Arts Degree in Classical Acting as a route to better performance on stage. Years later, Kaila began a full-time fitness career in Madison. Kaila believes in a well-rounded routine to address al the many aspects of your wellness evenly. Her classes feature strong direction in alignment, soothing flow, and a simplicity that will help you to discover who you are again underneath the business of this life. She specializes in working with beginners and those seeking direction for a varied fitness routine.

  • This class is for the adventurous one! It incorporates challenging postures and moves at a vibrant, exhilarating and uplifting pace. 
     
    For students who have a regular practice and who are familiar with the poses. This class requires presence of mind and the self-discipline to know your own limits so you can practice accordingly.
