Victoria Ortgiesen

Victoria’s decision to pursue her RYT200 certification stemmed from a deep passion for the practice. She attended her first yoga class to counteract the stresses she encountered as a competitive athlete, but as her interest piqued after noticing the profound benefits of her practice- both on and off the mat- she realized she wanted to help others achieve the overwhelming sensations of peace, well-being, and confidence she experienced as a devoted and determined student of yoga.

Victoria encourages her students to challenge their assumptions- but not set expectations as a way to define their unique yoga experience. Her teachings aim to strike a thoughtful balance between powerful and poised; keeping class fun, supportive and inspiring. She believes that by allowing your practice to be a creative celebration of who you are, you feel presence and peace wherever you are.


Victoria Ortgiesen instructs the following:
  • BREATHE & FLOW: POWER/HOT
  • This class is for the adventurous one! It incorporates challenging postures and moves at a vibrant, exhilarating and uplifting pace. 
     
    For students who have a regular practice and who are familiar with the poses. This class requires presence of mind and the self-discipline to know your own limits so you can practice accordingly.
