Learn how to make desserts that don't make you feel guilty for indulging. We'll focus on gluten-free, vegan and refined sugar free dessert that you can make to impress your friends and family as well as some healthy baked goods to keep around the house for breakfast or snacks.

You'll learn health benefits, pro tips, and how to navigate alternative diet baking from certified nutritionists Lauren Montelbano and Rachel Wilberding.

We'll be preparing pumpkin pie with pecan crumble and coconut whipped cream, raw vanilla cheesecake with assorted toppings, and spiced pumpkin breakfast muffins. You'll get to sample and/or take home the items you make so bring your sweet tooth and desire to learn!
