FLOW | ASHTANGA is a breath-led, adaptable class for students with an existing yoga practice. We will move through the majority of the Ashtanga Primary Series - a dynamic, fixed sequence - guided by the sound and rhythm of your Ujjayi breath. There will always be options to modify or intensify based on YOUR body’s needs. Hands-on assists are offered throughout. Expect a steady, meditative flow that supports both depth and freedom in your practice.
