Susan Smedley

As a self -described karma yogi, Susan received her 200 hour RYT certification after completing the Perennial Wisdom Yoga Teacher Training in May, 2016. She teaches locally and recently completed the Yoga For First Responders training, to enable her to effectively bring yoga to professionals in high stress careers.

Susan has been using the principles of the Law of Attraction and creating vision boards for over 15 years. She is regularly delighted by how the experiences and "things" she envisions show up in her life.

  • What would it be like to spend a few hours totally focused on YOU, your dreams and getting clear on your hearts calling? In our busy lives we need space to intentionally define our dreams and this process is one of the most powerful.Creating a Vision Board is transformational - it allows you to access your deeper wisdom. Creating it in community multiplies your intention! This workshop is for those who are being called to deepen their experience and create their best life – for 2019 and beyond! Our time together begins with an overview of Manifesting 101 and a brief meditation to help you center and open to your heart’s desire. Then, you will get to work creating your vision board while sipping tea, surrounded by relaxing music and aromas.After creating your vision board, you will seal in your intentions through a gentle yin yoga practice and guided manifestation meditation. At the end of this afternoon, you will have a gorgeous vision for your life and suggestions on how to use it to keep you excited and inspired!

    Choose to create either:

    Cut and paste version. All supplies will be provided for you- tag board, scissors, magazines, glue sticks, etc. Feel free to bring your own magazines, phrases or images.

    Online digital version. Prior to workshop, download and familiarize yourself with your chosen software and bring your tablet or laptop with you to the workshop.
