Katie Doyle

When Katie started practicing yoga in 2013, she was drawn to the atmosphere, the movement, the feeling she had after each class without really knowing why. She soon discovered it was not only a healthy physical practice but also a pathway into self-awareness and self-love; it was relief for anxiety and another way to pray. Knowing she wanted to learn more and bring this gift to others, she completed her 200-hour teacher training at Perennial Yoga with Megan Grace and Keith Borden. Katie also works as a substance use and mental health counselor. She finds that yoga is an incredibly powerful support for mental health, one that blends seamlessly into the work of helping people to heal themselves from trauma and emotional pain.
Her teaching style is gentle and reflective, with attempts at humor and plenty of options. She strives to create classes that make you feel calm, empowered, and more in love with the light you hold within. In every class, and at every moment, you are enough.
Katie Doyle is currently not instructing any classes.
