Goldie Raye

Goldie teaches breath-focused, alignment-based yoga classes that will improve strength, flexibility and mindfulness. She completed her 200 RYT in 2023 with Megan Grace and Keith Borden. Her classes allow students to explore the mind-body connection through Asana and guided practice. She has been practicing yoga for 10+ years, alongside other fitness protocols such as pilates and weight training. Specializing in Vinyasa, Nidra, and Mindfulness, she hopes her students will experience physical and emotional healing through discovering their own practice. Her classes will leave you feeling energized, grounded, and more connected to your inner self.

    FLOW | REJUVENATE is a balanced approach of effort and ease. It incorporates more challenging postures, sometimes including optional inversions and arm balances, and moves at a more dynamic tempo to build strength and grace. For students who have a regular practice and want to move at a more rejuvenating and rhythmic pace.
