Matt D'Amico

Matt is a fitness & movement professional with over two decades of experience. Matt’s diverse journey has seen him coach HIIT, Spin, Strength & Conditioning, and Pilates modalities. While Matt encountered his first yoga classes in 2008, it wasn’t until 2014, under the guidance of Jon Hinds in Madison, that he connected with the practice. He discovered an approach to yoga that reshaped his perspective on fitness and overall well-being. 
Driven by a genuine passion for assisting others in their pursuit of wellness and vitality, Matt believes in the transformative power of nurturing both physical and mental strength by enabling individuals to overcome obstacles and build durability to confront life’s challenges with resilience.
Matt’s mission is to make yoga inclusive for all, regardless of experience level. Recognizing the profound impact of yoga on overall well-being, he is eager to remove any barriers that might prevent people from fully embracing its benefits.
