Cathlene Hanaman

Cathlene began practicing yoga in 2007 after repeatedly injuring a hamstring when running long distances. At first, she enjoyed just the asana part of the practice, but then began to realize that there was far more to yoga than just poses. That realization led her to explore the depths of a yoga practice, and her curiosity steered her to enroll in yoga school at Perennial Yoga. On the mat or as a teacher, Cathlene hopes that the yogis in her class find the calmness, self-acceptance, and mindfulness that has benefited her and that they too remain curious and questioning.

    FLOW | REJUVENATE is a balanced approach of effort and ease. It incorporates more challenging postures, sometimes including optional inversions and arm balances, and moves at a more dynamic tempo to build strength and grace. For students who have a regular practice and want to move at a more rejuvenating and rhythmic pace.
