Certified Mindful Grieving Facilitator
During this monthly circle, we create a space to honor and witness the natural experience of grief and loss. This is a time to be in community, to connect with yourself and one another while holding space for all that life brings: change, loss, transition, grief, gratitude, and joy. The circle will contain a short theme or teaching, a guided meditation, optional group sharing time, and a closing practice.
A 6-week program that offers you the opportunity to explore how grief and loss of any kind might be present in your body and for you to be witnessed in community as you explore this topic. Each week we will meet for 2 hours and use the tools of guided meditation, journaling, group sharing, yoga/movement and integration to support you in your process of self-inquiry. The group is held in a safe container of confidentiality, acceptance, curiosity and compassion for ourselves and one another. You can have experienced grief or loss of any kind to join, including the death of a loved one or pet, miscarriage or pregnancy loss, divorce, infertility, loss of health/chronic illness, collective grief and many more.
