This powerful Vishoka Meditation Training is for yoga practitioners, teachers, and students looking to jump start and/or deepen their meditation and yoga practice.


Vishoka Meditation is a proven yogic tradition of meditation that harnesses the complete teachings of yoga, including the energetic (prana) body, the power of the breath and specific practices to unlock the power of the body and mind. 


The ancient yogis called a state of mind free from anger, shame and fear, Vishoka, and insisted that we all can achieve it. This state is in fact every human being's birthright. The key to jumpstart this state of awareness is a precise set of meditative techniques, and a contemplative yogic lifestyle, designed to unite the mind and breath, and turn them inward.


Vishoka meditation has the unique capacity to infuse our awareness, both inside and outside of our meditation practice, with the source of life (prana or the life force), and is at the heart of yoga, the yoga sutras and a holistic perspective that embraces the union of our True Self.

What Will We Be Doing in Each Session?

Every 2-hour session will include a great mixture of lecture, meditation, movement and practices to integrate the key concepts of Vishoka Meditation into your body, breath and mind. We will not be sitting for hours! Practices will vary and include everything from meditation, breath-work, asana, relaxation and more. 

 

Please Note

You have the ability to miss 1-2 workshops and still get the most out of the series. Those who attend 8 out of 9 workshop sessions (16-hours) will receive a certificate of completion from the Himalayan Institute.
