Miranda Gojdas

Miranda first discovered yoga when she took a class on a whim with her mom. The energy after that class kickstarted her love for the practice. In 2018, after the sudden loss of her brother, yoga helped her navigate grief and find new meaning in life. She is a firm believer in the world never giving us a challenge that we cannot overcome. Her goal is to share any and every lesson that she can, provide support and encouragement for conquering the fears and struggles thrown our way, and help people fall in love with themselves again. When she’s not on her mat she is traveling, enjoying the outdoors, occupied with gardening, or hanging out with her dogs.

  • This Friday evening flow class is taught by recent graduates of our teacher training program. All are welcome! Please sign up in advance, and bring your own yoga mat if you have one. If this is your first visit to Perennial, arrive early to complete a new student waiver.
