Anthony Walker

Anthony understands yoga as a transformative practice uniquely developed to unite body and mind in the pursuit of spiritual self-actualization. His classes emphasize movement with breath as a means for cultivating mindfulness. He designs playful and challenging sequences to foster vitality, resilience, and serenity. He incorporates his Zen Buddhist roots in the form of a brief meditation in each class. His love for poetry and experimentation with chanting also find a place in his teaching. He began what promises to be a lifelong vocation upon the completion of Perennial's Wisdom Yoga School with Megan Grace and Keith Borden in 2025.

  • **All MADISON classes take place at our location in the Garver Feed Mill (3241 Garver Green, Madison) - NOT at E. Cheryl Pkwy**
     
     
    FLOW | REJUVENATE is a balanced approach of effort and ease. It incorporates more challenging postures, sometimes including optional inversions and arm balances, and moves at a more dynamic tempo to build strength and grace. For students who have a regular practice and want to move at a more rejuvenating and rhythmic pace. 

  • FITCHBURG | FLOW | GENTLE
  • Our FLOW | GENTLE class incorporates creative vinyasa sequencing (breath-inspired movement), attention to alignment, breath awareness, and meditation to build strength, increase flexibility, calm the mind, and open the heart. For students newer to yoga or who prefer a slower paced practice.
