Jessica Flowers

Jessica started at Perennial as a participant in the Circle of Sacred Activism and began her 200 hr yoga teacher training with us in the fall of 2019. Shortly thereafter she started working at the front desk and is now our membership manager. She loves to learn and since doing her YTT with us, she has also completed an additional 500 hrs in teacher training through My Vinyasa Practice with certifications in Yin, Restorative, Adaptive, Nidra, and Trauma Informed yoga. She teaches Yin, Nidra, Gentle and Beginner Flow yoga at Perennial and Princeton Club. Jessica is a nutritional scientist and former dietitian, so she really loves being involved in getting nutritious foods into more households. When she's not at the front desk, you might find her back in the kitchen. Like so many of you, yoga has had a profound impact on her health and healing. This inspires Jessica to get as many people practicing yoga as possible making her eager to support you. Jessica lives in Fitchburg with her husband, daughter, two cats, and two dogs. While she doesn't own horses, she and her daughter work together doing chores at a local horse farm and they both enjoy riding. Let Jessica know about any membership needs you have either in person or by contacting her at membership@perennial-yoga.com.

Lainie Eustice

When Lainie found Hatha Yoga at the age of 15, she grew accustomed to "Finding the Mat" when life was moving too quickly. In college she studied Bikram Yoga, and then as a new mom, savored her prenatal yoga with all three pregnancies. This Yoga journey guided Lainie to deepen her yoga practice and embark on a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with My Vinyasa Practice out of Austin, Texas. Studying with some amazing masters of yoga, her style of yoga blends strength movement with slow, purposeful and playful flows. In her trauma-informed approach to teaching, Lainie is mindful of creating a soft and sacred space for all who choose to share their energy and show up to the mat to find whatever they need in that moment. Expect to integrate breath, movement and a calm mind during class; with a sprinkle of joyful music and juicy asana. Lainie continues to pursue her education in Yoga based studies and currently holds certifications in Yin, Nidra and Trauma-Informed Yoga as well as a BA in Psychology.

Mick Mac Ionnrachtaigh

Mick shares Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama and Breathwork, Reiki, and Past Life Regressions/Higher Self connection via QHHT. Mick has tried many mindful, spiritual, and healing avenues; and they are what he is most driven to share with others.

Mick has been a seeker from childhood. Raised Catholic, yet immediately exploring other beliefs and learning from druidry, buddhism, yoga, metaphysical teachings, and channelers; it is always evolving. In 2005, Mick took buddhist refuge, and he found yoga in 2009. Mick fumbled through most of life; fighting depression, anxiety, and trauma. Finally, after his eldest daughter was born, deep reflection clearly required a profound shift of direction and intense inner-work. Mick graduated from Perennial Yoga Wisdom School in 2021, became a Reiki Master in 2022, Breathwork with Jon Paul Crimi in 2022, ordained Ngakpa in 2022, certified as level 2 QHHT practitioner [past life regression/ higher self connection] in 2023, and completed 50hrs Yin Yoga training with Bernie Clark in 2025. Mick experienced profound results of these practices' timeless undeniable efficacy. Unity and wholeness aren’t ever a breath away. They are here. Now.

At Perennial, you might find Mick sharing Gentle Yoga in a Yin-Yang style (1st half Yang, Yin 2nd Yin), Yin Yoga / Yin and Nidra, and Rejuvenate classes in a vinyasa-based flow class which may vary from slower-gentle to more steady-intermediate, as moon cycles, day-energies, and class-energies dictate. Classes bring focus and guidance to interoception, body engagement, alignment, and breath; leaning toward moving meditation.

**All MADISON classes take place at our location in the Garver Feed Mill (3241 Garver Green, Madison) - NOT at E. Cheryl Pkwy**

GROUND | YIN focuses primarily on the connective tissue and its unique role in the human body. Connective tissue pervades the entire human body from skin to the smallest cell. A series of deep, long-held postures stimulates growth and function of the tissues, leaving your body feeling refreshed and energized. The divine inner practice of GROUND | YIN balances your energetic system, increases flexibility, and provides time for deep contemplation and reflection. This class is appropriate for beginners as well as those with an established practice; those who want to attend to flexibility and mindful contemplation.
