We will focus on moving the body in ways that cultivate breath, body and emotional awareness. You will be immersed in the fundamentals and style of yoga known as vinyasa - breath-centered movement, and experience introductory meditation and yoga philosophy as well. Our aim is to help you "fall in love" with yoga so you keep coming back to this transformative, heart-opening practice.
