Our aim is to help you “fall in love” with yoga. Beginner classes focus on moving your body in ways that cultivate breath, body and emotional awareness. Our MINI-FLOW classes are great for a morning practice, lunch break, or anytime you need to come home to yourSelf. These classes balance effort and ease and move at a dynamic tempo to build strength and grace. Flow classes are best for students who have a regular practice and want to move at a rejuvenating and rhythmic pace.
