Grace Kilpatrick
Grace has been on a spiritual journey her entire life, with yoga being an integral part to her life practice for more than 10 years. As an ordained Pagan minister, she brings a profound relationship with the natural world and welcomes the cycles of Spirit that flow through and around each of us. She completed her RYT-200 program in 2025 at Perennial Yoga and is honored to guide embodied yoga classes that allow for sincere exploration of asana and pranayama, inviting students to move with the rhythms of life - on and off the mat. Ensuring that all minds and bodies find rejuvenation and peace in yoga incorporates two of Grace’s core values: accessibility and inclusion.
Lisa Bartig
Lisa‘s aim is to facilitate a space where students can truly be present, feel a sense of belonging, and release what does not serve them during asana practice.

These intentions come from Lisa’s own journey which began in 2022 when she made big life changes due to an abusive work environment which led to health issues. Yoga gave her a way to find clarity with all that had happened. Yoga was a daily release, a refuge, and made her feel whole.

Lisa furthered her journey by completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Perennial in 2025 under the direction of Keith Borden and Megan Grace.

When not practicing yoga, Lisa can be found expressing her creativity through quilting, gardening, being in nature, and reading. She lives with her husband and is a mother of two beautiful adult daughters.

Laura Tiller
Laura fell in love with yoga the first time she practiced. It relaxed and enlivened her body, mind, and spirit. It has been over twenty years and the love remains. The decision to teach felt like a natural extension of her career as an educator. Laura completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Perennial Yoga with Megan Grace and Keith Borden. It is Laura’s goal to use breath and movement to help students move deeply within, to travel to their personal edges, and to gain strength along with flexibility.
Erika Wilson
Erika Wilson has been practicing yoga since 2004, embracing it as a sanctuary through the peaks and valleys of life. What began as a physical practice has evolved into a lifelong journey of self-discovery, healing, and spiritual growth.

In May 2025, Erika completed her RYT-200 through the Perennial WISDOM Yoga School under the guidance of Megan Grace and Keith Borden. Her approach is deeply rooted in compassion and authenticity. With more than 23 years in the corporate world, yoga has offered her a wonderful counterbalance- nurturing her creativity, strengthening her resilience, and inviting more harmony into her life.

Erika teaches by creating a welcoming space where students can connect more deeply with themselves and their own wellness journey. She brings a unique blend of inspiration, soul, and sound to every class- curating personally crafted playlists that enrich the experience, deepen the connection between body, mind, and spirit, while heightening the senses. Erika’s mission is to share the transformation and bliss that yoga has brought into her life by creating a sanctuary where others feel safe to grow, empowered to heal, and inspired to discover their own light.
Meghan Behn
Meghan has found her way to yoga several times - always hungry. Whether hungry for joy as a dispirited teenager and discovering the thrill of a full inhale and complete exhale. Or hungry for connection as a young adult lost in the fragmented scenes of night life and taking the first steps into a public studio space. Or most recently, hungry for substance after closing her laptop in the early evenings and making the commitment to become a yoga teacher through Perennial’s Wisdom Yoga School in 2025.These pangs of hunger may be familiar and evolve over time, but a curious yoga practice can provide the sustenance to become the very best version of oneself.

Meghan’s classes are taught with the enthusiasm of a passionate and active yoga student. Practice will be energizing for your body and playful for your mind while encouraging a sense of belonging for your inner self.
Silvia Romero-Johnson
Seeking a way to relieve stress, Silvia has been practicing yoga as a student since 2000. Yoga has been a constant companion ever since. Silvia (she/ella) received her 200-hr yoga teaching certification in 2025 through Perennial Wisdom Yoga School in Madison, WI. Silvia enjoys walks and hikes in nature, swimming, learning languages, traveling, reading, and writing. Silvia retired from active work in K-12 public education after almost three decades. She guides students through mindful movement, breath, and stillness. Rooted in tradition and compassion, her teaching nurtures a lifelong journey of self-discovery and inner peace.
Bri Krantz
Bri (she/her) took her first yoga class shortly after moving to Madison in 2011 and fell in love with the practice. Initially a method to assist with treating her anxiety, yoga quickly became an exploration inward that has been a constant companion ever since. After over a decade of practice, Bri began to feel the pull toward teacher training, originally just to deepen her own practice. After completing her 200-hour training at Perennial Wisdom Yoga School in 2025, it became clear that the pursuit of yoga would push her into teaching.

Bri is honored to guide others on their path to find joy, safety, and wisdom within yoga. In her spare time, Bri is a cat mom to two rambunctious boys named after men from The Golden Girls (Stanley and Arnie), is a voracious reader and writer, a marketer by trade, and she spends as much time barefoot in nature as life allows.
Heather Howard

Her journey with Ashtanga started over 20 years ago in Budapest, Hungary and Berlin, Germany where she studied with Manju Jois and David Swenson among others. Her teaching blends traditional lineage with an intuitive, breath/dristi-centered approach and an understanding that every day is a new gift that makes the time spent on our mat sacred. Heather creates a supportive space for students to explore depth, alignment, and presence—offering hands-on assists and thoughtful modifications to meet each body where it is. Her goal is to bring the practice of Ashtanga to the Perennial Yoga community.

He incorporates his Zen Buddhist roots in the form of a brief meditation in each class. His love for poetry and experimentation with chanting also find a place in his teaching.
