Al Noche
Al was introduced to yoga in 2008. Almost immediately, the sense of awkwardness of being a yoga newbie faded, as the curiosity and wonder of the yoga practice firmly took hold. After a few years of practicing daily, the thought of completing a yoga teacher training gradually entered his mind. Al completed his YTT 200 at Yoga One with Meg Galarza in 2015. Initially, Al had no intention of teaching as he only wanted to gain a deeper understanding of the history and philosophy behind the yoga practice as well as deepen his personal practice, but by the end of the training it became clear that the desire to share what he learned with others was strong. Al is a registered E-RYT 200 and is co-owner of Kramas Yoga School with his wife, Jessica. In his spare time, Al enjoys biking, traveling, calligraphy, and is a professed music nerd who spends way too much time creating playlists.
Jessica Flowers
Jessica started at Perennial as a participant in the Circle of Sacred Activism and began her 200 hr yoga teacher training with us in the fall of 2019. Shortly thereafter she started working at the front desk and is now our membership manager. She loves to learn and since doing her YTT with us, she has also completed an additional 500 hrs in teacher training through My Vinyasa Practice with certifications in Yin, Restorative, Adaptive, Nidra, and Trauma Informed yoga. She teaches Yin, Nidra, Gentle and Beginner Flow yoga at Perennial and Princeton Club. Jessica is a nutritional scientist and former dietitian, so she really loves being involved in getting nutritious foods into more households. When she's not at the front desk, you might find her back in the kitchen. Like so many of you, yoga has had a profound impact on her health and healing. This inspires Jessica to get as many people practicing yoga as possible making her eager to support you. Jessica lives in Fitchburg with her husband, daughter, two cats, and two dogs. While she doesn't own horses, she and her daughter work together doing chores at a local horse farm and they both enjoy riding. Let Jessica know about any membership needs you have either in person or by contacting her at membership@perennial-yoga.com.
Meagan Mac Ionnrachtaigh
Through Yoga, Breath, Meditation, Sound, and other means of connecting with Spirit, Meagan intuitively connects students with the tools to nurture divine growth and expansion.

Meagan's teaching style is grounded in 20 years of experience practicing yoga. In her 6:30am Wednesday class, expect a grounded slower flow, holding poses, and body awareness using the breath. Meagan prefers a format other than the traditional vinyasa flow that builds heat. She pays attention to what is going on astrologically as well as who shows up and the energy of the physical space where class is being taught.

Meagan also teaches Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga, a practice close to her heart. These classes are about turning inward and connecting with your internal world as you move towards birthing your baby. Language that encourages and develops trust in your body, movement, meditation, and breath are primary components; as well as connecting with something bigger than yourself - a consciousness that runs through mothers all over the world.
Tess Kennedy
Tess is an 800-hour RYT yoga teacher with a love of movement - not as a goal or technique - but as a pathway to aliveness. Tess sees yoga as something we do - we breathe, meditate, make shapes with our bodies - but also as something we experience; a sense of being part of it all. Her intention is to guide the doing and hold space for the experiencing. Her classes use the presence-ing tools of asana, breath, somatics, soundscaping, intuitive movement, mantra, and non-dual Tantrik philosophy. Tess’s greatest teacher has always been her body, and her struggles with physical and mental health have guided her to the practices and teachings of yoga, again and again. Tess’s experience of body-mind-heart healing through yoga led her to study anatomy, physiology, and movement science in relation to yogic practices, along with various healing modalities including Natural Movement, Somatics, Neuro-biomechanics, Myofascial Release, Sound Healing, and Yoga Nidra. Tess enjoys exploring non-dual philosophy through the views of Classical Tantra, Tibetan Buddhism, and Contemplative Neuroscience, all of which point to the freeing possibility that there is nowhere to go but here; that yoga is not a path of becoming anyone or anything, but of opening our hearts to what is, and has always been, here.
Stephanie Richards
Yoga came into Stephanie's life as a transition from her extensive background in dance. She gravitated to yoga to continue what she thought would be a similar practice, expanding her flexibility and helping her grow stronger. She found in her practice that yoga goes so far beyond the physical experience, and is a connection of the mind, body, and soul that carries over into everyday life. As an advocate of mindfulness practices, Stephanie holds space to turn inward, for self-reflection and self-compassion, positively encouraging all to cultivate a holistic approach to life. She completed her 200-hour YTT with Perennial under the direction of Megan Grace and Keith Borden. While fortunate to have the opportunity to share her love for yoga through teaching, she considers herself a life-long student. Her approach to teaching honors the Raja Yoga Tradition, the practice of Patanjali’s Eight Limbs of Yoga. Her modified approach combines creative sequences for practitioners to grow with self-compassion, strengthen the body through a series of asanas, and calm the mind through integrating pranayama techniques and silent meditation. Her intention is to offer a trusting environment, encouraging a sense of community that welcomes students of all levels.
Amie Heeter
Amie Heeter began practicing yoga in 1999 while traveling with a friend in Mexico. Like so many, her curiosity led to a dedicated practice and the desire to share these timeless practices. She received her first teaching certifications in 2003 and 2004 through the Integral Yoga Institute. In 2007 Amie began studying with Yogarupa Rod Stryker, founder of Parayoga, and received Level 1 certification in 2014. Mentorship with Parayoga led her to become versed in the practices and profound impacts of pranayama, meditation, and yoga nidra. These studies also led her into the system of Sri Vidya, tantra and the lineage of the Himalayan Masters. Amie continues to study closely with Rod Stryker and Pandit Rajmani Tigunait of the Himalyan Institute, and offers group classes, regional and international retreats, and works privately with individuals. Jess Alexandria
Jess was born in a small village on the foothills of the Andes in Peru; since moving to the US she has been on the search for a sense of stillness - a sense of peace. Her curiosity led her to begin her yoga journey at a young age; at first her practice was aimed at gaining strength, balance, and flexibility. As her practice matured, Jess became aware of the connection that resides between our breath and our minds. Her practice transformed into a self-study that has helped her attain a mental state of clarity and enjoyment — her meditation. Every time Jess practices, she experiences new growth. It’s a state of mind where she can laugh, fall, play, and let go. Having fun is essential to her practice, reminding her to be honest with herself, to not rush the process, and to not take life so seriously. Jess believes finding a yoga practice is the best gift you can give to yourself; it is a lifelong gift that keeps on giving. Our bodies are our best teachers - they tell us exactly what we need. It’s our job to learn to be still and listen. Jess's classes are creative, fun, and challenging. She likes to build from the ground up, and will guide you
every step of the way with direct cues and encouragement. She invites you to take her classes with an open heart and mind. When she's not teaching or practicing yoga, you can find Jess training puppies in behavior classes, or
playing with her dog Dakota. www.JessAlexYoga.com
Katie Doyle
When Katie started practicing yoga in 2013, she was drawn to the atmosphere, the movement, the feeling she had after each class without really knowing why. She soon discovered it was not only a healthy physical practice but also a pathway into self-awareness and self-love; it was relief for anxiety and another way to pray. Knowing she wanted to learn more and bring this gift to others, she completed her 200-hour teacher training at Perennial Yoga with Megan Grace and Keith Borden. Katie also works as a substance use and mental health counselor. She finds that yoga is an incredibly powerful support for mental health, one that blends seamlessly into the work of helping people to heal themselves from trauma and emotional pain.
Her teaching style is gentle and reflective, with attempts at humor and plenty of options. She strives to create classes that make you feel calm, empowered, and more in love with the light you hold within. In every class, and at every moment, you are enough.

Jackie Neidhart
Jackie started her yoga journey more than 15 years ago when faced with a cancer diagnosis. Yoga and meditation were life changing for her, allowing her to be more present and joyful in daily life and opening her up to the spiritual. Jackie completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Perennial with Megan Grace and Keith Borden in 2020. Yoga is a sacred practice that has the power to shift our energies and transform us to our true Self. Jackie holds safe space for you to explore wherever you are on your Yoga Journey, helping to access the sacred through breath, movement, mantra and mudra.
Lindsey Bessy
Lindsey’s mission is to create an optimal healing environment through movement, sound and energy that brings the mind, body and spirit back into harmonic resonance. Despite being a yoga practitioner for over the past decade, Lindsey’s zest for yoga became much deeper as she embarked on her own personal healing journey a few years back. Her firsthand experience with the profound benefits of a
diligent yoga practice paired with her fascination of ancient wisdom traditions was a sign from the universe the time had come to take her love of yoga to the next level; prompting her to obtain her 200 RYE certification through Perennial Yoga School studying under Megan Grace and Keith Borden. Lindsey’s expressive style and sequences serve as an invitation to students to realign with their true
nature and to practice with authenticity and freedom. Wired for harmony, Lindsey is also an attuned Reiki master, vocalist and crystal singing bowl artist. Come join Lindsey on a multi-sensory journey designed to awaken the powerful healer within and to bring your body “back in tune.”
Jan Schaefer

Jan Schaefer teaches a heart-opening, alignment-based yoga practice. Her classes guide students through a series of carefully-chosen poses, each of which may illuminate restrictions in the body and/or opportunities to create more space. A combination of breathwork, correct alignment, and fascia work allow students to deepen their poses to release blockages and increase strength and flexibility. Jan brings with her over 20+ years of teaching experience, and completed her 200-hour yoga training with Iris Mickey, Martin Kirk, and Betsy Downing. She has since expanded upon her teacher trainings to include expertise in yoga therapy, fascia and anatomy, breathwork, and meditation. Just as important as the yoga itself, Jan makes it a goal to foster community in every class and ensures that each student feels welcomed. She was first introduced to yoga as an athlete with back pain, but the connection it sparked with herself, the yoga community, and the universe kept her practicing. She hopes that her classes allow students to deepen their relationship with yoga and their inner selves.

Peter Duff
Peter is a native of Madison, WI, and began his yoga journey as an alternative to competitive team sports. After playing Div. III collegiate soccer in the Ohio Athletic Conference, Peter remained active through indoor soccer, basketball, broomball, and rugby until injuries began to weigh in. After his first yoga class, Peter found himself open to new physical and spiritual opportunities. His interest in mythology & spirituality complemented the physical fulfillment of his yoga practice perfectly, and ultimately led him to receiving his 200hr Yoga Teacher Certification.

While injecting bits of humor and friendly challenges, Peter is also known to incorporate Taoist principles in his classes - practicing harmoniously within the realm of opposites (engagement/release, inhale/exhale, mind/body, etc). His goal as an instructor is to provide practitioners the opportunity for cultivating their true nature - benefiting both self and community as a whole.
Mick Mac Ionnrachtaigh
Mick shares Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama and Breathwork, Reiki, and Past Life Regressions/Higher Self connection via QHHT. Mick has tried many mindful, spiritual, and healing avenues; and they are what he is most driven to share with others.

Mick has been a seeker from childhood. Raised Catholic, yet immediately exploring other beliefs and learning from druidry, buddhism, yoga, metaphysical teachings, and channelers; it is always evolving. In 2005, Mick took buddhist refuge, and he found yoga in 2009. Mick fumbled through most of life; fighting depression, anxiety, and trauma. Finally, after his eldest daughter was born, deep reflection clearly required a profound shift of direction and intense inner-work. Mick graduated from Perennial Yoga Wisdom School in 2021, became a Reiki Master in 2022, Breathwork with Jon Paul Crimi in 2022, ordained Ngakpa in 2022, certified as level 2 QHHT practitioner [past life regression/ higher self connection] in 2023, and completed 50hrs Yin Yoga training with Bernie Clark in 2025. Mick experienced profound results of these practices' timeless undeniable efficacy. Unity and wholeness aren’t ever a breath away. They are here. Now.

At Perennial, you might find Mick sharing Gentle Yoga in a Yin-Yang style (1st half Yang, Yin 2nd Yin), Yin Yoga / Yin and Nidra, and Rejuvenate classes in a vinyasa-based flow class which may vary from slower-gentle to more steady-intermediate, as moon cycles, day-energies, and class-energies dictate. Classes bring focus and guidance to interoception, body engagement, alignment, and breath; leaning toward moving meditation.
