Cathlene Hanaman
Cathlene began practicing yoga in 2007 after repeatedly injuring a hamstring when running long distances. At first, she enjoyed just the asana part of the practice, but then began to realize that there was far more to yoga than just poses. That realization led her to explore the depths of a yoga practice, and her curiosity steered her to enroll in yoga school at Perennial Yoga. On the mat or as a teacher, Cathlene hopes that the yogis in her class find the calmness, self-acceptance, and mindfulness that has benefited her and that they too remain curious and questioning.
Christine Mania
Christine fell in love with yoga during her first class almost 30 years ago and has been practicing ever since. She became a teacher in 2008 through Global Yoga Center in Chicago and continues her studies with Janet Stone out of San Francisco. Christine teaches slow mindful movement classes that focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance. In her calm style, she offers her students options for each pose including the use of props. Every body is welcome.
Miranda Gojdas
Miranda first discovered yoga when she took a class on a whim with her mom. The energy after that class kickstarted her love for the practice. In 2018, after the sudden loss of her brother, yoga helped her navigate grief and find new meaning in life. She is a firm believer in the world never giving us a challenge that we cannot overcome. Her goal is to share any and every lesson that she can, provide support and encouragement for conquering the fears and struggles thrown our way, and help people fall in love with themselves again. When she’s not on her mat she is traveling, enjoying the outdoors, occupied with gardening, or hanging out with her dogs.
Jennifer Pampuch
Jennifer began practicing yoga occasionally while in respiratory therapy school. Several years later, she discovered that a regular yoga practice was a great way to unwind from the craziness of her busy life while also getting some exercise. She enjoys teaching slow, gentle Vinyasa classes with lots of emphasis on breath awareness and staying focused. She loves to incorporate essential oils and hands-on assists into her classes, and her goal is for students to leave class feeling calm, relaxed and grounded. Jennifer feels that anyone can practice yoga, and she loves sharing the physical and mental benefits of yoga with others. Besides yoga, Jennifer enjoys reading, music and spending time with her family (husband, three kids and a dog). She's a graduate of the Perennial Wisdom Teacher Training program in Fitchburg, WI and is a 200-hour RYT.
Chris Zimmer
"Yoga has given me strength and a deeper understanding of myself. I discovered yoga 6 years ago. Finding myself on a mat at a time of self discovery and transformation - ah, Serenity!! It wasn’t long until I dreamed of sharing what I had found with others. I recently completed my 200-hour RYT training with Megan & Keith at Perennial, learning to walk the path of enlightenment. As I continue to evolve into my higher self, I invite you to walk with me and explore the path of yoga. Let’s heal our mind, body, & spirit. Connecting through practice, we can move mountains. I love our community and look forward to meeting you on your journey."
Ashley York
After her father’s transition in 2019, Ashley pulled something powerful from her grief: her purpose. She realized that her father’s departure was his final gift to her. In his transition out of this world, where Ashley stood by him offering sound therapy, massage, reassurance, a compassionate ear, and much more, Ashley knew in her bones that by facing her worst fear and making it through to the other side, that there was a deep need for a more holistic approach to healing. In the fall of 2019, Ashley began a path of spiritual re-awakening, plant work, getting back in touch with her intuition, getting to know her own shadow, integration, lots of coursework, cultivating her yoga practice, and clearing out her energetic/spiritual “goo” as her reiki master would call it. And by 2023, she decided to finally and fully step into her role to be of service to others.

Ashley is a free-spirit, a quick thinker, one who flutters from place to place, is a seeker of the beautiful and the divine, loves finding and bringing joy to others, and quite literally, is also always humming or singing. Hummingbird is her medicine.

As within, so without.
